"What a beautiful spot on the creek! We stayed in the Pioneer cabin and spent much of our time playing in the creek and fishing with our two young children. The grounds are park like and well kept. It is clean and the owners are wonderful. We will be going back! Highly recommend!"

"Stay away (...because I might not get a site!) Seriously, this is an awesome place! First time there and won't be the last. Their Wi-Fi isn't the best but it's there and free. Most of the best sites along the creek are seasonal which is to be expected, but the open sites are full hookups that are in perfect condition and not falling apart., they'll lead you right to your site and deliver firewood right to your site (reasonably prices, no extra charge for delivery)...just totally accommodating and the other campers are very welcoming and friendly"

"Beautiful, well maintained, impressively made cabin K. My family and I rented the cabin for the weekend to ultimately join in the Renaissance Fair. The gounds are very nice, peaceful and tranquil. The stream runs right through your site which just solidifies the beautiful experience. I loved that the cabin had a private bathroom. All of the amenities of home which for some may not be considered "camping" but for myself and my family (which includes a 2 year old) it was exactly what we needed. We love the area, the hairy cows across the street and the gorgeous water feature. I can see us returning for future renaissance weekends!"

"Suttercreek Camp Ground is the best camp ground in New York State! They require respect & responsibility from all campers which makes it a great place. We call it our second home.
Lynn & Dave have created a great place, hidden in plain sight for people who want a get away that is peaceful and a whole lot of fun. There's always something to do and a "great camp family".

"If I could have given this 10 stars I would have, but 5 is the max! We just completed a month long stay at Sutter Creek Campground. I can't stress enough how awesome everyone there is. Dave and Lynn the owners went above and beyond in everything, especially when we had a medical issue and my husband ended up in the hospital. They checked on me several times a day and made sure I had everything I needed, they were very concerned about my husband! You only get this kind of compassion from privately owned campgrounds! The entire campground was very well cared for, and is a quiet campground, just what we were looking for. Our site was spacious, plenty of room to move around and had nice trees to provide some shade. Sutter Creek runs right through the campground and is a good place to drop a line and see what you can catch. We highly recommend this campground."

“Great Mornings Every Day” is how I would describe our group’s stay at SutterCreek CG. We even extended a day because we had such a great and relaxing time. You can be as busy as you want to be. We played Shuffleboard, Corn Hole, Mexican Train Dominoes…. We kayaked. We had campfires every night. It’s an established CG but they keep up with updates, grounds were mowed, trails were maintained, fishing does go on early until late in the day. The wonderful couple that owns this little piece of Heaven made themselves readily available and were glad to see us using the equipment. If I had any suggestion, it would be a dedicated area built to put your kayaks in and out easily. There is a small playground for kids as well as a basketball hoop. Fair Haven is up the road a piece as are stores, a winery, gas and Turtle Cove restaurant (excellent restaurant with a view of a marina, white swan families and fresh air). Full hook-ups include Wi-Fi. Try it. You’ll love it.”
